2010 YW Theme Poster

I was telling Melanie H about how much I love this poster and that I wanted to buy it for Abby's room and she told me that you (Ashley) are always looking for things like this for the YW room.
I bought some of these posters awhile back and they are so beautiful! The website is www.realheroposters.com but the pictures there just don't do the posters justice...they are so much better than I thought. I have 5 of them (Joshua, Samuel, Joseph, Esther and Mary) and they are all amazing. The prices are great too. I know he is offering a discount to church groups as well. Sorry for posting this...I guess I need to get your email because I keep forgetting to mention it to you when I see you at church. I am soooo much better at the email thing because it seems like I remember to do things at 11 at night when it is too late to call but not too late to email! :)

Sitting here just enjoying the holiday, the PEACE of knowing that I am pretty much done shopping, the JOY of no homework this week, loving the snow outside and loving that my kids have been playing in it NONSTOP for days now. Enjoying all the sweet people out there taking their time and putting forth their efforts to bring me holiday goodies even though I don't send any out myself. I am warm inside sitting by my fireplace, loving the glow of the garland and the twinkle of the tree. But most of all, I am LOVING my Christmas music....one of the BEST things about Christmas! I LOVE Christmas music. Holiday Traditions on XM has been playing pretty much 24/7 at my house. Today I threw in a family favorite....Peter Breinholt's Christmas Album - NOEL. One of my favorite Christmas albums ever. It makes me think of our Savior. It is beautiful. If you don't have it, you should!

Seriously? I am so disappointed!

I get all excited for the Van Halen Rockband edition to come out, and even more excited to see that they have special guest acts from some REALLY good bands like the Foo's, Blink 182, The Offspring, along with some other really cool songs. AND THEN....I look at the set list and realize that we are talking about the David Lee Roth days....I mean SERIOUSLY...David Lee Roth. He is so old school, everyone knows that Sammy is where it's at! Van Halen isn't really Van Halen without Sammy! 5150 - um, one of the best albums ever and I can't even sing DREAM - I was going to put that song on my wedding video!! So sad.
