So last Saturday we took the kids to the matinee. We all love Jack Black, so of course we had to go opening weekend! I thought the movie was really fun and cute. Truly, I can't help it, I love anything JB is in - (definitely a fav actor of mine) he MADE the show! We all enjoyed it. Just beware - you will want to have a bowl of noodles when it's over. Ok so I did anyway! AND, I have a new phrase to add to my repertoire - "There is no charge for awesomeness... or attractiveness!" I thought it might be fun to see what the kids have to say for a change. Here are a couple of mini-reviews from the kids.

Abby: I think it was cool. I like the animals (The Furious Five.) I like Po's master (Shifu.) I want to see it again.

Jantz: I liked the part where the bad guy was killing all the people. (Should I be concerned about that?)

Josh: It was a funny movie and some of the parts that Jack Black played sounded like what he would actually do himself. I like how the Furious Five tried to fight Tai Lung and when he broke out of prison. It was funny when Po tried to get the cookies and said "Don't tell Monkey!" It was funny how Shifu trained him to learn Kung Fu.
